Me llamo Sonia Miss Cafeína y nací en Cádiz hace 32 años. Me encontraba viviendo en Valencia cuando tuve un problema de salud relacionado con el cáncer, debido a ello me estuve informando sobre los usos beneficiosos de la Marihuana y su cultivo. Las cosas importantes no se consiguen con un chasquido de dedos.

Trabajaba como médico psiquiatra en Madrid, pero por razones que considero importantes como la calidad de vida y la familia he vuelto a Marbella que es donde tengo mis raíces. Tengo una familia grande y es un pilar en mi vida. Las cosas importantes que merecen la pena no se consiguen con un chasquido de dedos, se llegan a ellas con constancia, trabajo y después tenemos que regarlo con mucha paciencia. Cuando plantas el bambú esperas que crezca rápidamente y desesperas, pierdes la paciencia y abandonas. I worked as a psychiatrist in Madrid, but for reasons that I consider important as the quality of life and my family I returned to Marbella which is where I have my roots. I have a large family and is a great support in my life. The important things that are worthwhile are not achieved with a snap, w come to them with constancy, with work and patience. When your plants the bamboo expect to grow quickly and then your despair, you lose your patience and give up. Bamboo when grown, first it takes hold in the land to grow their roots and then grows exponentially.

 

 

En Málaga tengo sensación de libertad

Madrileño de nacimiento, Federico es un hombre singular cuya vida bien merece formar parte de un libro lleno de vivencias, anécdotas y aventuras. Todas ellas pasadas por lugares tan dispares como Londres donde se abrió paso aprendiendo el idioma, para después regresar a España y terminar sus estudios como ingeniero naval, sin dejar de ser menos sorprendente su paso por el Norte de Africa en los tiempos de la marcha verde. Born in Madrid, Federico is a singular man whose life deserves to be part of a book full of experiences, anecdotes and adventures. All occurred in places as diverse as London where he made his way to learn the language, so after living in London, he returned to Spain to finish his studies as naval engineer,  while remaining less surprising its way through North Africa in the time of the Green March. Estudié en la Escuela Superior de Artes Escénicas y acabé en 2012. Mi ilusión es hacer una gira como bailarina con algún cantante reconocido o un videoclip. De hecho, he participado en el videoclip del tema Dangerous de David Guetta. También soy cheerleaders del Unicaja de Baloncesto. Colectivo FOARTE

Hace 1 año con muchas ganas e ilusión se creó el Colectivo FOTARTE situado en la Calle Felix Lomas (Convento las Claras) de Vélez-Málaga. Su fundador José María junto a Miguel García son los monitores de fotografía del Colectivo a los que me he encontrado en la calle y que amablemente me han transmitido en pocas palabras que -'La democratización en la fotografía es cada vez más importante' 'La fotografía es un pretexto para que ocurran cosas' esta última frase fruto de sus experiencias y que llevan como estandarte. Experiencias que hoy comparten con el 3º Curso de fotografía elemental por las calles de Málaga, grupo lleno de simpatía y amabilidad que no dudó un segundo en posar para Historias fugaces de Málaga.  #hfmalaga

1 year ago, eager and enthusiasm the Collective FOTARTE located on Calle Felix Lomas (Convento Las Claras) Velez-Malaga was created. Its founder Jose Maria with Miguel are the monitors of photography, which I found on the street and kindly they have conveyed me in a few words that -'The democratization of photography is increasingly important' 'Photography is a pretext for things to happen' This last sentence stems from their experiences and as banner. Mi sueño es ser millonaria o famosa..

Mi madre ya estaba en Málaga cuando yo llegué desde Cuba, ahora llevo viviendo aquí 8 años, tengo toda mi vida hecha en Málaga. Cristian de 18 años y Antonio de 19 años, ambos son de Málaga y forman parte del grupo de Parkour liderado por José. Sienten esta práctica como un deporte más, han trabajo como especialistas pero no encuentran muchas salidas laborales para esta práctica. ..'Muchos ignoran la destreza, dedicación y constancia que debes poner para esta práctica, lo tachan de vandalismo, creen que destrozamos el mobiliario urbano, pero están totalmente equivocados, nos mezclamos con el entorno urbano y somos los principales interesados en que todo este bien para seguir con nuestra práctica. Cristian is 18 years old and Antonio is 19 years old, they are from Malaga and they are part of the Parkour group led by Jose. They feel this practice as a sport more, have worked as specialists but they don´t find  many job opportunities for this practice. 'Many people ignore the skill, dedication and perseverance that should put to this practice, they think it's vandalism, They think we destroyed the urban furniture, but they are totally mistaken, we mingle with the urban environment and we are major stakeholders in all is well to continue our practice. Parkour

Principalmente trabajo en la obra con mi padre, pero el trabajo que hago con pasión es el de acróbata en espectáculos, anuncios y como especialista en escenas de acción, mi sueño es vivir de esto. Esta práctica es una disciplina de origen francés que consiste en desplazarse por cualquier entorno, usando las habilidades del propio cuerpo, efectuando movimientos acrobáticos. La primera vez que vi un grupo haciendo acrobacias yo tenía solo 13 años, hoy en día lidero un grupo 'United Málaga o U-MLG'. I work mainly in construction with my father, but the work I do with passion is the acrobat shows, commercials and as a specialist in action scenes, my dream is to live from that. This practice is a discipline of French origin that is to scroll through any environment, using the skills of the body, performing acrobatic moves. The first time I saw a group doing acrobatics I was only 13 years old, Now I lead a group 'United Malaga or U-MLG'. Me formé como Graduado Social y en la actualidad trabajo en una empresa de telecomunicaciones. En lo personal creo que es muy importante valorarme a mi misma y tener una buena autoestima, es importante que la presión social en todos los sentidos no me afecte. Llegar a ese punto es importante y un ejercicio personal constante y muy importante para conseguir una meta, el EQUILIBRIO, hay que abstenerse de los extremos o hechos radicales. Se siempre tu mismo y no hagas nunca el mal a los demás.

Lo más importante en mi vida ha sido siempre mi familia, además con una bonita descendencia. Puedo decir que he cumplido al menos uno de mis propósitos en la vida y ha sido conocer a mis nietos que no son pocos. Hay amigos y 'amiguillos', y los que son amigos, esos son de un valor incalculable. Me llamo Antonio y nací en Málaga hace 66 años, fui militar y me licencie de Brigada, gracias a mi profesión he conocido muchos lugares que ahora forman parte de mis memorias, infinidad de experiencias y recuerdos. Soy mitad gitano y mitad castellano, esa bonita mezcla hace de mi quien soy y me siento orgulloso de ello. Las cosas que más me gustan son.., apuntalas por este orden, las mujeres, los caballos, los perros, los toros y que no falte una buena juerga flamenca. Tengo muy claro lo que quiero y cual es mi pasión.

Soy estudiante de comunicación audiovisual en la UMA y mi mayor inspiración es Selina Miles. Me gustaría crear mi propia productora, documentar y sobre todo ser la directora de trabajos del estilo de Selina Miles. Vengo de hacer una entrevista de trabajo en tres idiomas, no es el trabajo de mi vida pero de ese modo podré renovar mi equipo. La gente me tacha de ilusa por desear llegar hasta la cota que ha alcanzado Selina Miles. Fue amor desde el primer momento
