Feria de Málaga 2015. Plaza Uncibay

La plaza Ucibay no es de segunda como algunos creerían al compararla con la Plaza de la Constitución o La Merced. Es sede de una incalculable cantidad de seres humanos con ganas de diversión en la feria de día y toma vital importancia en el momento álgido de la fiesta. #hfmalaga

The Ucibay Square, is not second class as some believe when compared to The Constitution Square and The Merced. It is headquarters to untold numbers of human beings wanting fun at the fair and the square have a vital importance in the height of the party.

Feria de Málaga 2015. Calle Marqués de Larios

Lo primero que me viene a la mente cuando pienso en la Feria de Málaga es una explosión de color, farolillos de papel, música, alegría, calor, jazmín… todos son amigos independientemente de la edad, raza, sexo o religión. Los complejos desaparecen y la amistad o la discordia se ven reforzadas por el alcohol. El famoso Cartojal, la cerveza o las bebidas importadas como el mojito se consumen en grandes cantidades. Por todas partes se grita y se canta, se visten de flamenco o se disfrazan, las bandas llenan Calle Larios y aledaños. Todos bailan, jóvenes con viejos, altos con bajos,… En la calle se come el jamoncito serrano con queso, gambitas a la plancha, el “Shawarma o Kebab” lugares donde se amontona la gente para coger fuerzas y seguir la fiesta. Es un buen momento para conocer gente, hacer amistad o porque no, encontrar pareja fija o de un rato. Punto de encuentro de importancia turística, donde se pueden encontrar personas de cualquier provincia y una infinidad de países. El centro neurálgico siempre se establece en la Plaza de la Constitución, donde se localizan las principales casetas y la acumulación humana sobrepasa las previsiones, extendiéndose cuando llega el momento álgido de la fiesta por el resto de calles céntricas de Málaga. El siguiente paso son los Pubs, bares o la Feria de noche, esta se encuentra situada en el inmenso recinto ferial. Es una semana intensa y de gran interés para la provincia, sus recursos hosteleros y playas, se ven sobrepasados, donde solo les queda la opción de poner el cartel de completo. #hfmalaga

The first thing that comes to my mind when I think of the fair in Malaga is an explosion of color, paper lanterns, music, joy, warmth, jasmine ... all are friends regardless of age, race, sex or religion. The complexes disappear and friendship or discord are enhanced by alcohol. The famous Cartojal, beer or imported as the mojito drinks consumed in large quantities. People shout and sing everywhere , people dress flamenco or masquerade, music bands fill Calle Larios and beyond. Everyone dances, young with old, high with low, ... On the street people eat 'jamoncito serrano' with cheese, grilled prawns, the "Kebab and Shawarma" places where people are gathered to recharge and continue the party. It's a great time to meet people, make friends and why not, find a relationship or for a while. A meeting point of tourist importance, where you can find people of any province and countless countries. The heart is always set in the Plaza de la Constitucion, where the main drink houses are located and human accumulation exceeds forecasts, extending the large accumulation of people when the high point of the festival arrives, when the high point of the festival comes, the large accumulation of people spreads to the rest of central streets of the city. The next step is the Pubs, bars and the night fair, this is located in the vast fairgrounds. It is an intense and very interesting week for the province, their resources hoteliers and  beaches are with overbooking,  leaving only the option to put the poster of full up.

Estoy viviendo en Málaga desde hace 16 años y trabajo en la empresa municipal de aguas de Málaga. La tradición de vestirse de flamenco se esta perdiendo, pero siempre habrá alguien que lo haga como yo. Para los próximos años deseo que la feria siga igual o mejor que esta. 'Querer es poder'. Me llamo Mamen y nací en Girona hace 33 años. Mis padres son malagueños, pero marcharon a  Cataluña buscando una estabilidad laboral que por aquellos años no se podía encontrar en Andalucía y se conocieron en Palamós. Regresaron a Málaga en el año 83 y ese es el motivo por el que nací en Girona. He trabajado en la hostelería desde los 16 años y a mi en particular es un trabajo que me encanta. My name is Mamen and I was born in Girona 33 years ago. My parents are from Malaga, but they went to Catalonia looking for a job security that in those years could not be found in Andalusia and they met in Palamos. They returned to Malaga in 1983 and that is why I was born in Girona. I have worked in the hospitality industry since I was 16 years old and for me in particular is a job I love. The most important thing for me are family and friends, everything else is secondary. I graduate in Audiovisual and I have worked non-stop since 16 years old. When I finished my studies I decided to give a change of pace in my life and I moved to Dublin. When I left my origins and after spent 3 years out of Malaga, when I returned I was no longer the same person. Dejé los estudios y empecé a trabajar desde los 18 años. Feria de Málaga 2015.

Tras el pregón de Pablo López y los fuegos artificiales, ha dado comienzo la Feria de Málaga 2015. Mañana sábado el centro de Málaga acogerá a un incalculable número de personas con la intención de disfrutar de nuestra ciudad. #hfmalaga

Estuve trabajando durante un tiempo como comercial y gracias a ello hice muchos contactos que después he utilizado para empezar con lo que ahora es mi negocio. I´ve worked time ago as a commercial agent and as a result, I made many contacts. Then after work as a commercial agent, I used the contacts to start what is now my business. When I finished working as a commercial, I associate with another person and we started a project aimed at catering restoration with USA style. We hace high expectations and now expand the business by opening a new restaurant in the SOHO, district of the arts. There will be live music, and art exhibitions. Toda la vida me he dedicado a la música en la calle, el flamenco es mi pasión y lo llevo en la sangre. A pesar de haber pasado por malas experiencias en la calle, Málaga es una ciudad especial, la calidad humana que aquí siento nunca la he vivido en otras ciudades en las que he estado.
