Poesía... eres tú.

Javier: ¡Hola! ¿Cómo te llamas? ¿de dónde eres?.

Mariam: Me llamo Mariam y nací en Madrid hace 21 años. 

J: ¿A qué te dedicas?.

M: Soy estudiante de Psicología. Empecé estudiando en la UNED, pero con el tiempo me di cuenta que es demasiado solitario. Este año voy a estudiar en la UMA, de ese modo podré estar cerca de mis amigos. Quiero estudiar Psicología como base de mis conocimientos, pero realmente me gustaría dedicarme a los servicios sanitarios, concretamente a la enfermería. 

J: ¿Qué te ha influenciado para tomar la decidiendo de ser enfermera?.

M: Un Hadith representa uno de los dichos y acciones del Profeta, los mismos que posteriormente fueron relatados por los que lo sucedieron. En cumplimiento de uno de ellos, tuve una experiencia personal bastante relevante. Estuve cuidando de un niño en sus últimos momentos. Me vi capacitada para hacerlo y por eso quiero dedicarme a la enfermería, aunque ya me lo había planteado con anterioridad. 

J: ¿Tienes alguna meta, algún proyecto para el futuro?.

M: Mi familia está vinculada al mundo de la hostelería, así que me gustaría tener una local dedicado a ello,  pero con un propósito más elevado, crear un lugar orientado a dar charlas con el fin de crear tertulias donde se desarrollen temas de interés social. En la actualidad el Islam está demasiado cuestionado debido a los últimos atentados terroristas. Me encantaría que en esas tertulias se pudiera concienciar y romper los estereotipos que se le atribuyen al Islam y a la mujer musulmana en concreto. Actualmente pertenezco a una Asociación llamada Jóvenes Musulmanes de Málaga.

J: Mariam, ¿Tienes alguna frase que sea especial para ti?.

M: 'Poesía... eres tú'. Simplemente porque me gusta. - ¿Qué es poesía?, dices mientras clavas en mi pupila tu pupila azul; ¡Qué es poesía! ¿Y tú me lo preguntas? Poesía... eres tú.- Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer

Javier: Hi! ¿What is your name? ¿where are you from?.

Mariam: My name is Mariam and I was born in Madrid 21 years ago. 

J: ¿What do you do?.

M: I´m a student of psychology. I started studying at the Open University, but eventually I realized that is too lonely. This year I will study in the UMA, that way I can be near my friends. I want to study psychology as the basis of my knowledge, but I really would like to devote to health services, particularly nursing. 

J: What has influenced you to take the deciding to become a nurse ?.

M: A Hadith is one of the sayings and actions of the Prophet, the same which were subsequently reported by those who succeeded him. In compliance with one of them, I had a quite relevant personal experience. I was taking care of a child in his last moments. I was able to do it and so I want to devote myself to the infirmary, although me I had raised it previously.

J: Do you have a goal, a project for the future ?.

M: My family is linked to the world of hospitality, so I like to have a local dedicated to it, but with a higher purpose, create a place to give talks in order to create discussions where we focus in social issues. Today Islam is too questioned because of recent terrorist attacks. I would like that in those gatherings could raise awareness and break the stereotypes that are attributed to Islam and Muslim women in particular. Currently I belong to an association called Malaga Young Muslims. 

J: Mariam, Do you have any phrase that is special to you ?.
