Javier: ¿De dónde eres, Juan?

Juan: Nací en Málaga hace 31 años.

Ja: ¿A qué te dedicas?

Ju: Soy camarero, trabajo en la hostelería desde que tengo 15 años.

Ja: Siempre he oído que la hostelería es bastante dura y el trato con el cliente nunca es tan cordial como muchos suponen. ¿Te gustaría prosperar a nivel laboral? Háblame de tus metas y sueños. 

Ju: Me gustaría tener mi propio negocio relacionado con la hostelería, es lo que realmente domino. Mi sueño es tener una gran casa con piscina donde pueda ver a mis hijos corretear por el jardín y verlos crecer. 

Ja: ¿Qué consideras importante en tu vida?

Ju: Supongo que cuando haces esta pregunta, todo el mundo te habla de la familia. En mi caso es igual, y sobre todo porque me importan muchísimo mis hijos. Son Erik, de un año, y Nayma, de nueve.

Ja: ¿Cuál es para ti la clave de la felicidad?

Ju: Soñar, porque los sueños te hacen feliz y siempre tendrás la oportunidad de que se hagan realidad.

Ju: I am a waiter. I work in the hotel industry since I was 15 years old.

Ja: I have always heard that the hotel industry is quite tough and the behavior with the customer is never as friendly as many suppose. Would you like to prosper in the labor market? Tell me about your goals and dreams.

Ju: I would like to have my own business related to the hospitality sector, where I really work fluently. My dream is to have a big house with a pool where I could watch my kids run around the garden. Also watching them grow up.

Ja: What do you consider important in your life?

Ju: I guess when you ask this question everyone talks to you about the family. In my case is the same, and especially because I care very much my children. They are Erik, who is one year old, and Nayma, nine years old.

Ja: What is the key to happiness for you?

Ju: Dreaming, because dreams make you happy and you will always have the opportunity for them to come true.
